if i ruled the world RIGHT NOW, the first thing i would do is redistribute wealth. i would make sure no one on this planet has to go to bed hungry. i would stop the oil crisis, (which by the was is not real) and i would pull all of our troops out of every war, and i would stop all foreign policies with all other countries, such as china, and minimize all imports and make the U.S. completely self sufficient. then, i will force all U.S. (government and private) exports to stop. once I've completed all this and our country is now a major superpower because of all the military I've been secretly building up the whole time, and am not just starting to show its true power, i will put only those i can truly trust in my closet, and i will also take away all political power any major corporation has. at this point, people will either love, or hate me, but it doesn't matter, for my office time is almost up, or it would be, if i haven't already made myself a dictator. by this time, there is no currency, everyone goes to work and does their job for food, not paper. everyone now has a role in society, and if not, then they are killed or sent to a labor camp. its around this time where i start to show my true military power, by attacking the evil china. i convince the U.S. that china is the reason for all their problems. china is the one that has been stealing all our food, all our resources. i convince the people that we need to stop the giant before they crush us. we attack and destroy china in one swift strike and make them bow before us. we also assure everyone else that their safe and, that we will never attack any European power.
once I've captured china, we use the entire country not as a industrial country, but as a agricultural country. i know that china has poor soil, but that's the point, what better punishment for the Chinese than to give them an impossible task, after all, they are the ones who stole OUR food in the first place. life like this goes on for a little while, but then i start ending inferior races. every family that does not meet a certain standard of quality health, or has a disease that can be passed to others or their offspring, will be sent to labor camps and will not be aloud to have children. and children that they may have already had, will be killed. a few years of me building a perfect race and "weeding out" inferiors goes by until, we invade the rest of our disgusting world. we take over every major power in an instant and all weaker nations follow. we take every enemy, every "foreigner" or "alien" and send them to be tested in labs. see what extremes the normal race can withstand. we take everyone else and either kill them in a giant massacre and systematically wipe out inferior races, or send them to labor camps and have them grow food for superiors.
if you have read this far i congratulate you, but I'm not finished yet, this is just the beginning...
once i have the world completely in my control, that's when i will put my real plans into effect, i will design a test system. you will take the test, first at birth, when you turn 3, 5, 7, 11, 16, 18, 21, and 26. each test will test your commonsense, basic knowledge, physical strength, and ability to react in various situations. if you pass the test at birth, you go on, live a normal life, and proceed as any other child would. if not... you are shipped of to an industrial nation and raised there. you are then trained for the assembly line and will have no opportunities to retake the test. again, if you pass, you will be raised normally, in a mass infant care centre until you prove you are able to live with a host family. when you turn 7, you go to a learning centre but, it is different from school. instead of learning math and English skills, it is a centre where we learn who there are, we test their capability to learn, grow, and we test their ability to think freely. those who truly excel in these categories are tested one final time. this test determines if they are "too smart". if so, they are killed. if not, they are sent back to the centre and constantly monitored to make sure they cause no problems and they are made sure that they will never start an uprising. as they grow and take more tests, we deiced what job they are most suited for, for example, only the extremely manipulable are given government positions. everyone who may cause a problem lives a content life and is made sure never to travel. they also have no job and no worries or troubles. the extremely dumb are given horrible jobs. they are the ones that make sure the superiors have a substantial living style. their other choice, is to join the military and keep everything in order. we also make sure to keep them dumb so they do as we say without question.
after i complete this, i win.
for fun, as i grow old, i plant a seed, i let one child grow that would normally be one of the ones who are "too smart". i will make sure he sees whats wrong with the world. and i near death, i can only hope that one will do something to change the evil that i've created. if not, if he does not try and end the world i've created. then my offspring will take my place at my death and the world will go on like this, forever.
